Giant Balloons

I came across this giant bouquet of balloons in Central Park last week and couldn't help taking a picture. I'm not sure why they were there. Maybe an over-the-top birthday party. I never did find out the reason. They were colorful to see anyway. I wish you a good week!

I know, I don't understand either: it was a nice gesture but my birthday is in June!

That reminds me of the story about the guy who tied a bunch of weather balloons to a lawn chair, only to float several thousand feet over Los Angeles

et à la fin, ils s'envolent les ballons. on garde toujours une âme d'enfant.

and in the end, they fly balls. it still has a soul of a child.

Maybe they were trying to lift the tractor?

With a bunch of balloons like that, one could get carried away! It happened to Curious George.

Maybe Central Park is for sale and they were holding an open house.

Great find and a great photo.

I agree looks like a bunch of giant grapes! They would be good for wine production!

The annual NY State Concord Grape Growers Convention is in Manhattan this week. (OK, I made it up!) But cool chance shot!

Was this part of that stupid stunt by David Blaine in Central Park? Why do people pay to see him. Oh, sorry. Comment hijacking there.

Cool picture!
