This weekend was the New York International Orchid Show at Rockefeller Center. The orchids in this show are in a competition, (unlike the one I showed last month at the botanical garden.)
This one was the winner for Best Ikebana arrangement. It was all very beautiful!

elles sont superbes, j'aime beaucoup le premier bouquet. j'ai jamais vu cette exposition, il parait qu'elle est vraiment magnifique. et dehors (dans la rue) il y a aussi une exposition ?
they are superb, I like much the first bouquet. I ever saw this exposure, it appears that it is really splendid. and outside (in the street) there is also an exposure?

Pour Olivier, Non, il n’y avais pas une exposition dehors. Il y avais deux tentes a coté de Rockefeller Center (avec une petite serre au milieu) pour les fleurs. Il y avais aussi des fleurs dans le rez-de-chaussée de 30 Rockefeller Plaza, et une vente de fleurs dans le sous-sol de l’immeuble.
No, there was no outdoor exhibition. There were two tents next to Rockefeller Center (with a little glass house in the middle) for the flowers. There were also flowers in the ground floor of Rockefeller Center and a sale of orchids in the basement of the building.
Hello, Gudl, Greg and Isabella. Yes, I wish I could grow orchids too. But I never have much success on my windowsills!
