A New Gallery at the Met

This weekend the Metropolitan Museum opened a new gallery to display their Roman and Greek art. I went to see it and thought I would share some photos here. It is a beautiful space full of natural light and the art is amazing. It is definitely worth a visit if you are in New York!

Hi, I am Gudls sister. You have VERY NiCE pictures on your blog. It kind of makes me longing for coming to see NY again, as I did many years before.....before I got husband and children. They somehow touch me in a way I could almost cry / honestly!

Thanks Gudl for stopping by! It was so nice to hear from your sister too!

Lori, don't worry about the award thing. It's a game after all...
I didn't do it rightaway either.
I still haven't figured out how to get the award sign in my sidebar...I have to consult my sons ;-)

Pour Olivier: oui, le titre est “20 chansons d’or.” Il y avais aussi 2 ou 3 autres là, mais j’oublie les titres. Je vais les emprunter la prochaine fois!

Yes, the title of the CD I borrowed is “20 gold songs." There were 2 or 3 others there too, but I forget the titles. I’m going to borrow them the next time!

For Gudl: You understand how to do things on your blog much better than me!
