c'est une rue tellement new yorkaise (surtout côté manhattan). on y voit bien le melange des nationalités (ce que j'aime beaucoup à NYC et que l'on retrouve à Evry - surtout à NYC les haïtiens (ils parlent français ;o) ) ). belle photo, digne d'une carte postale


it is a street so much new yorkaise (especially Manhattan side). one sees well there the mixture of nationalities (what I like much with NYC and which one finds in Evry - especially with NYC the Haitians (they speak French ;O)) ). beautiful photograph, worthy of a postcard

That is so New York City!!
I remember the first time I went there (1986) I noticed that at some spots the sun doesn't reach down to the people in the streets because of the high buildings, all so close to each other.
Do you notice that, too?

Gudl, yes I do notice that about the sun sometimes. I walked past a planter with tulips the other day. The flowers were all leaning sideways and I think it was because they were trying to grow towards the sun!

I've never been to New York City, but I did fly over upstate N.Y. in a small plane and dit was beautiful.
