Manhattan View

Right now there are lots of apartment buildings going up in Long Island City, along the river with this view of Manhattan. I am jealous of the people who get to live there! I'd like to go back and try to take another photo at night.

I think that after London is one of the most expensive places (and more attractive) where to live. The photograph is splendid.

belle skyline, j'aime bien ce côté là et je trouve que les immeubles "Trump World Tower et N 100 UN Plaza" sont vraiment tres beaux.

beautiful skyline, I like this side there and I find that the buildings “Trump World Tower and NR 100 Plaza” are really very beautiful.

Great view Lori but night time in NYC scares me for some reason. Thanks.

That's Long Island City? Boy, a lot has changed since I was there last...
Are those apartments expensive? Rentals or co-ops?

Hi everyone,

Barb and Gudl, thanks for your comments today!

Nazzareno, yes I think NYC is one of the most expensive places to live, unfortunately! I don't know where it ranks on the world list though.

Olivier, tu m'étonnes toujours avec ta connaissance de New York!

Greg, don't be afraid! It's not scary at night.

Isabella, I think they are mostly co-ops. Or condos perhaps. Rental buildings are getting much harder to find around here. LIC is not as pricey as Manhattan but those apartments are still expensive. More than I can afford! :)

Thank you for visiting my blog the other day. I appreciate it.

I like your photos of New York. They are always nice.

I have posted pictures of a tufted duck or what I thought was a tufted duck...
