Socrates again

This is another shot from the Socrates Sculpture Park in Long Island City, Queens. I liked the juxtaposition of the new apartment building with the sculpture on the right. The building didn't seem to be occupied yet, but the future residents will have some beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline from there. Have a nice weekend!

j'aime bien la composition, le rapport entre la sculpture et l'immeuble ;)

Cool shot! The sculpture seems to blend well with the building.

Very nice shot....something new, something old. Hope your weekend is warmer than ours. 11 degrees last night.

Excellent photograph, all three elements, the interesting new apartment building, the artist's sculpture and the small old red brick building are in harmony and balance each other. (And you even have a large dog in the scene!)

I've always wondered what it would be like to live in an apartment in a highrise building in a big city....

Love shot, Lori

The top edge of the new building resembles the track of a roller coaster!
