I'm so sad the Olympics are over! I've enjoyed watching them immensely! I was walking past the Ralph Lauren store over the weekend and they were showing the "official" U.S. Olympic team parade outfit, which the U.S. athletes wore in the opening ceremonies and which was designed by Ralph Lauren. I'd love to see the Olmpics in person some day. The people in London are so lucky!!

Now you have four years to save money to visit London in 2012.
That's a nice target.
Have a good week.
un beau final, avec ce superbe match de basket USA / Espagne. J'ai adoré suivre les jeux à la télévision.
a beautiful final, with this superb basketball match USA v Spain. I loved follow the games on television.
I'll just wait for another four years and I hope Ralph Lauren sponsors them again
The superimposition of the Olympic logo over the display's form makes it appear to be part of the outfit; the streetscape reflection gives hint of a moment captured in time.
Beyond the controversey and even the pagentry, the heart of the Olympics are the human story of perserverence to excell that make it all so compelling to watch. The same qualtity that leads us to watch the continuing work of an artist. Or photographer!
Very interesting capture.....I agree with Jay about your shot in regard to the reflection, and the logo.......
I hope you get to go to the Olypmics one of these day!
Take lots of pictures there for me. It is very expensive to live there. I will just have to watch on TV.
I've just watched team GB arrive home at Heathrow on the TV. They got a great reception and rightly so, we did really well for us!
I'm looking forward to 2012, we are hoping to go and watch something :)
Cool shot!
Maybe you'll be blessed to be in London in 2012.
That is a very nice outfit. I would ruin it if I wore it but you would fit perfectly.
Thanks for the visit and comment on my blog.
I hope you can return tomorrow and read about my whippings.
We loved watching the Olympics too.
I love the picture of the store window...nice.
London is only a 6 hour flight away.
You have 4 years to plan your trip. :-)
