New York Harbor

Here is a photo of the ships in New York Harbor to start off the week. I'm always surprised at how many boats you can see, and the harbor still remains a busy place with barges, ferries, and tour boats. The view from the harbor can be spectacular too!

Wow! The waters around NYC are definitely busy. Nice skyline shot too!

Viewing any city from a different perspective is always good. Sometimes you dont appreciate the size when walking / driving around it.

It does look very busy. At first I only saw the buildings and some barges but after looking for a while I began to see more.

You have captured the river at a busy time, echoing back generations ago when it was the only way to cross.

I am still hoping that one day I will make it to NY City, and maybe see the harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and take a walk through Central Park.
