Flower power

Just a photo of a local flower stand today - nothing very descriptive to say about this one. I do love to pass by all of the flowers for sale in the markets. Maybe I'll buy some today! I wish you all a terrific weekend!

I never get tire of pictures of flowers...they make me happy and they make me smile a lot.

I try to keep fresh flowers in my house...I find our Trader Joe's had lovely bouquets very reasonable.

Lori, I am really liking your eye for the simple beauty. You don't need to go out and take photos of the mountains majesty. Silly as it might be, that photo doesn't need a description... I look at it and think about how many people pass by it each day; who looks, who smells, who buys and even who walks on by without a thought?

Also... is it too strange that I look at the Bud Light sign and suddenly get thirsty?

Our market was loaded with flowers this week too. I gave some away and people tried to give me some but I already have more than I can use. Great colors today.

I'm still recovering from getting out my four wisdom teeth.

I like your flower photo and the waterfall photo you posted before.

Or, head to the farmers' market on Sunday - it's on W77th Street at Columbus Avenue.

Hi Lori!
Sorry for the absence these last weeks, but unfortunately it wasn’t due to some summer holidays… ;))
Thanks for your comments on Blogtrotter, now at the MoMA for Art and New York lovers! Hope you enjoy and wish you a great week! I’ll try to get back here to enjoy your pictures with some more time during the week!
