Hudson River Park

This picture was taken during a very cold and windy walk along Hudson River Park last weekend. (I don't know how that runner was managing to keep going!) According to the website, Hudson River Park is the largest open space development in Manhattan since the completion of Central Park. It extends for five miles along the Manhattan shoreline from Battery Place to West 59th Street. It's a great addition to the west side.

The place is magical, as the photo, with all its tones of gray… Beautiful, indeed!

Cloudy day...
It is great that the New Yorkers have these parks to get outside!

I love these grey tones in your photo. It creates an interesting atmosphere where you get lost in deep thoughts.
Thanks for your comment on my blog and congratulations for doing the test on French genders. I had such a hard time formatting the tables with Blogger! Anyway, the answer for each sentence will appear by highlighting (with your mouse) the box next below where you enter your answer.
Please let me know if you are experiencing problems,
Thanks.

I agree ... the grey tones work well. Looks like a place for quite a few photo ideas.

Last time I visited NYC I didn't get over to the west side, next time I'll check it out!
