River View

Another Manhattan view from Long Island City Queens. It looked like a nice place to relax for a bit. Have a nice week!

That does look like a nice place to relax. I like how it seems to be a quiet place and yet you can see the city and the river. You have a nice weekend too.

Hi Lori, I don't know how you can cover all that territory in a day. You must walk a lot or ride the trains. I am enjoying your photos so much. I am hooked on taking pix also. Thank you for responding to my flickr account. I take my camera with me all the time. Bonnie

The photo is delicious and romantic... the two figures seated on the parkes bench, render it also pleasantly melancholic...

The sky is a beautiful color of blue!
I also agree with Bonnie...you are one busy photographer! I am enjoying the results of your labor!

I like the way you framed the city skyline with the trees and bushes. It makes for an interesting contrast.

Interesting point Bonnie made, do you walk around N Y a lot?

Hi all, thanks for your visits!!!

Bonnie, yes I carry my camera everywhere I go too! It comes in handy. And just when I don't have it I always see something great!

Olivier, malheureusement Je n'ai pas vu les voitures citroen. Elles étaient dans le parc le weekend dernière? Je vais les chercher et si je les vois je vais prendes des photos.

DaveM, yes I do walk around the city a lot. But I haven't been taking a lot of photos lately, so now I have to get busy!

Greg I'm glad you think you want to visit NYC!

The characters are older than that of yesterday

They hesitate to be twisted naked in spite of the heat which seems to continue

I love views of citiscapes with trees in them. Your picture once again gives me a fresh view on Manhattan. I should like to visit it. Maybe they should use you to promote tourism.
