Summer Roses

Just some summer roses for today from The New York Botanical Garden. In the photo you can see that I've broken my camera. I dropped it and the top edges of all of my photos are fuzzy now (and the zoom doesn't work). But I've gotten a new one (thanks Mom and Dad!) and am learning to use it now. So hopefully some new photos soon!

It pleases me many that colour ( in Italian "salmone" ) then plant, what turns white.

I don't know what the name of this color rose is, but it's my favorite.

Tell us about your new camera!

Pretty roses. I bet they smell good. I haven't had much luck with roses. I planted some last year and they died this year. I can't seem to keep the bugs from eating them. I planted different flowers.

Pretty roses :) My MIL has this big and beautiful very fragrant yellow rose in her garden.

Yeah, so what is the model of your new camera. :)

Hello everyone, my new camera is a Nikon Coolpix P5000. I haven't used it much yet, but I really like it!

I love roses, sorry about the camera. I hate my new one and took some pictures with the old 35mm the other day. I can't wait to share.

thank you for these superb flowers, they are really very beautiful and I adore the New York Botanical Garden.

To answer your question, not the two people about the last photograph are not friends, just passers by which have me requests to take them in photograph

For me, a broken camera meant a broken heart.

Nothing is sadder, broken mirrors are cheap to replace, but a camera, it really hurts the wallet to replace.

Yeah, thanks Mom and Dad!
