Brooklyn Museum

This is an outside view of the museum that I showed you yesterday. The Brooklyn Museum is a real treasure and I enjoy visiting it every time. It is also right next to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, so it makes for a nice visit if you combine the two. They renovated the entrance to the museum a few years ago and added the fountains at the side, which do a very interesting water show.

This could be out in Las Vegas! They did a nice job on the updating didn't they?

on voit que le printemps est là, il y a beaucoup de personnes dehors a coté des fontaines. C'est un très bel immeuble.

we see that spring is here, there are many people outside nearby fountains. It is a very nice building.

It is very nice! I wish I could come and go on a tour and see the gardens, too.!

Yesterday's photo made it seem like an ultra-modern building. Today's photo shows a completely different look. I'd never guess they were the same building!

A splendid way to spend the time: to be to the sun to do nothing... (it is not easy!)

That's a nice scenic shot!

Good to know that museum and garden are close by.

The front is impressive and I like the water feature. It sounds a good idea to combine a visit to bothe the Museum and the gardens. I'll put it on my to-do list!

Lori, you always show me places I would love to visit. I haven't starting exploring my area yet, just getting moved in and settled.

Hope you have a great week.
