Guitars

It's amazing how you can live in a place for so long and still be discovering new places. I never knew before that there is a block-long section on West 47th Street that is filled with stores selling musical instruments. This shot was from one that specializes in guitars. I didn't recognize any of the signed photos on the walls, but I thought the guitars made for a cool picture.

I don't know nothing of guitars but the whole it is suggestive, and then... as not to recognize the photo of Sting...

I like the repeating pattern of the guitar bodies. Nice angle for this shot.

It is a cool picture! One of the reasons I love Daily City Photo Blogging is the fact you discover places and learn things about the town/city you live in! Its all there to be found :)

Great shot! Some of those instrument stores on West 47th St are like museums, with displays of the guitars played by Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, John Lennon and others. Well worth a visit, even if you don't know a Gibson from a Martin.
