Hand ball

I think it's nice how people gather in the city parks to play various games. I think these guys were playing handball. The basketball games can be really fun to watch but I haven't passed by one of those lately. It seemed like these guys were getting some good exercise and were having a fun time too.

I have really enjoyed your "slice of life" photos from around NYC. You have a good eye for the interesting scene!

The game is one of those absolutely necessary things to all the ages. The sport is not a game?
I send you my auguries for this first spring day and the happy Easter!

Hi Lori it should not we forget that these small parks are the doors and the windows of cities in the nature and in the life, for a lot of new persons!
I am glad him I see always full!

Handball is a tough sport. It will get you in shape. We have lousy parks here in the south. :(

I think City Parks are a wonderful thing ~~ and so needed especially in big cities.

Handball? Maybe, but it doesn't look like... ;))
The misty buildings is an awesome picture and I also love the sun on the Portuguese Synagogue!
Thanks for your comments at Blogtrotter, where I finished my Greek Islands 2006 adventure with a post on Cretan Towns! Since it's Easter time, also made a post with some lousy pictures on «Easter in Prague» (1997) at Revival 90s.
Enjoy your Easter Eggs and have a great long weekend!
