Shadow Tree

I took this picture a few weeks ago along the side of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I'm not sure why I like it, but I find it a peaceful scene. I think it has something to do with the angle of the building and the leaning tree. Pretty soon with the cold weather coming we won't be able to photograph green trees for a while!

Is the tree leaning or is it the angle of the building that makes it appear so?

The building and the tree look like they are leaning. Really neat shot!

Leaning tree? Cool! Plus, you got nature among the modern architecture.

It does look peaceful.

I emailed the Historical Society to ask them the meaning of my blue wall mural photo. They gave me an interesting description. Please stop by my site to read about it. Thanks.

It does look very peaceful. In fact, it looks a little tilted towards the left, like the slope of the glass wall.
