Today I'm showing a photo I took at the Kiku show at The New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx. Kiku are Japanese chrysanthemums, but as part of the exhibition, there was also a giant bamboo sculpture and a bamboo installation designed by Tetsunori Kawana. These pieces of bamboo were part of that installation. They made an interesting noise when they flapped in the wind. It was a beautiful exhibit and tomorrow I'll show you one of the flowers.

Like a tent frame waiting for the canvas to be thrown over it.
vraiment un très beau jardin ce "New York Botanical Garden". Comme quoi le Bronx est plein d'endroit magique et magnifique.
Bonne idée cette perspective

Cool! Looks like palm trees with leaf-less fronds.
They look like sculptures of fountains. Very interesting arrangement!
