S'mores

My sweet tooth must be kicking in this week. This is another photo from "Smorgasburg" the food market in Williamsurg, Brooklyn. This guy was making s'mores and there was quite a line of people waiting for them. I didn't try one then, but one sounds good right now!

You can't eat just one, you always want s'more.

I would like to know where they find those fancy square marshmallows. And what is he using to toast them? We always cook them on the end of stick over a campfire.

(I think my sweet tooth is kicking in too.)

Olivier, un s’more est un dessert que les américains préparent quand ils font du camping. S’mores sont préparés autour d’un feu de camp. Ils sont préparés avec guimauve, chocolat et Graham crackers (comme un biscuit.)

He really needs a campfire or fireplace, but bet his torch-fired ones taste just as sweet. Maybe he molds those square marshmallows as a specialty - one would be great right now, after dinner, lol!
