This is part of an exhibit in the lobby of the Museum of Modern Art by the artist and landscape architecht Paula Hayes. This particular one is called Slug. They seem to be doing a good job of keeping the plants green. You can read more about it here.

Not easy to keep all the plant life in balance in a spaceship-like container. Your photo illustrates her installation better than the one on the museum website! Have a good week!
