These figures seem to grace the window of this building in Chelsea (near Madison Square Park) year round. I think the store must sell Christmas decorations but I couldn't find any info. Maybe their outfits will make us remember winter on a warm summer day.

Winter coats and scarves just seem so wrong now, LOL!
There are reindeer inside! Agree, it must be a year round decoration busines.

Funny photo! Maybe they just don't want to go through the hassle of putting them up & taking them down ...
