Looking Up

New York has so many interesting and beautiful buildings, both old (or relatively old) and new. I don't know what building this is as I took this photo last year sometime, but I like the details and the perspective. I don't even know if it is a residence or an office building. It looks pretty nice though.

Interesting is the word for both building and the viewpoint. Very
flat stone facing and simple trim around most of the windows, contrasted with the Gothic-like ornamentation on some and the cornices. I would guess it is residential, late 1920's.

Nice perspective shot! It adds to the architecture by looking at it from a different angle.
