Columbus Circle
Running low on photos again.....this is a shot of Columbus Circle from last month. According to Wikipedia the monument at the center marks the spot where distances to and from New York City are measured. Columbus Circle was named for Christopher Columbus and is located at the intersection of Broadway, Central Park West, Central Park South (59th Street), and Eighth Avenue, at the southwest corner of Central Park. I'm hoping to take some photos this weekend. Have a good one!

it is very beautiful picture of this night, the colors are beautiful. I love this place.
Columbus Circle.... that's new to me.
It quite a lovey picture, I enjoyed just looking at it.
I'm not taking as many pictures. Maybe its that time of the year when we're not getting out and about. Interesting about the spot from where they measure distances.
have a good week end:)
Several different subway lines intersect beneath there, too!
Excellent night time photo that captures the vibrancy of that spot.
I remember the older NY Coliseum there which was used for all of the expositions and shows before Javits Center was opened. Busy as it was, it was a colder, atmosphere than today's.
Or maybe we thought so because we were always waiting on line. In the winter...
That's a great low, wide-angle shot!
Have an awesome weekend!
Hi Lori! New Year, Old Troubles... No, I’m not talking about the frosty weather, just the office... Another hectic week! ;)
