This is a photograph of the west side of Manhattan near mid-town. You can see some of the new buildings going up and I believe the structure in the middle is one of the piers where the cruise ships load up and embark on their journeys. (I could be wrong though - so feel free to correct me!)

Nice landscape shot!
Look at all them buildings! Looks like constant development in NYC.
voila une vue de NYC originale, c'est vrai qu'il y a peu de photo de ce cote de la skyline new yorkaise. belle vue et belle photo
voila a view of NYC original, it is true that there is little picture of this side of the New York skyline. beautiful sight and beautiful photo
I always wonder me as they do to work to those heights...
Is this where they filmed West Side Story? I am such a movie nerd. I really don't know.
Hi Lori,
I like very much this view. It's quite original and unusual.
It reminds me also when I was there this winter. I found NYC has changed so much since my first visit 1978! I could barely recognize the place.
BTW! you seem to be quite familiar with Boston. Have you lived there?
Bonne journée à toi Lori.
Hi Lori! Sorry for having taken so long to get back here again. Another hectic week…
It was gretat to see you back commenting on Blogtrotter, still in Santiago de Compostela, now inside the Cathedral…
Alwaya a lot of cranes in Manhattan! Loved the Tiffany window, the Trinity and, in particular, the reflection picture! My favourite used to be the Plaza against the high building on 58th street.
Hope you have a nice weekend!
A beautiful skyline. I live close enought now, to see LA's skyline when going to see the kids.
My oh my, what a busy place!
