Spires

Some of the spires (is that what they are called?) at St. Patrick's Cathedral in midtown. It's a well-known landmark in NYC, which you are all most likely familiar with, although this photo was taken from the back side of the cathedral on Madison Avenue. The cathedral takes up a whole city block between 50th and 51st Streets and Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue.
