Clock tower

This is an inside view of the clock tower from the Old Post Office Pavillion in Washington, DC. That's the building that I showed on Friday. I always think the inner workings of these are really neat. Enjoy your week.

It looks mysterious....great way to see the "works". I am surprised that they let people in to see the back side.

Meanwhile, Blogtrotter 2 is still in Haiti, now at Malfini Beach. Hope you enjoy and have a great week!!

Facinating view and subject. Reminds me of a scene in an old b+w movie, maybe Ray Milland up there? Would love to explore it. I have climbed up our clock tower and stuck my head out of the hatch! Great views, but electric clock.
