Spring has sprung

After a weekend of nice weather, things are finally starting to bloom and the trees are looking lovely. I saw these flowering trees on a street on the upper east side of Manhattan. I have no idea what type of tree they are but their white blossoms gave the street a beautiful springtime look. It's too bad they flower for such a brief time!

Finally Spring, even if the weather still uneven. I like how you captured the archway formed by the flowering trees,; possibly ornamental pear? Missed your daily presence last week, but hope you enjoyed your break.

Very pretty, as long as I know it isn't snow.

Still too cold here for the trees to blossom but I am lookig forward to it in the next couple of weeks. Soon the apple orchards will be in full bloom along with the lilacs.
