Colorful Wall

I took this photo several months ago when I walked past this advertisement for a concert at Town Hall. I forgot about it until I walked by the same place last week, and noticed that the wall is painted a plain green now. Nothing lasts forever I guess!

Really, this way nothing is forever, not even that beautiful murales.I hope that at least the towers for the water ,that I see on the roofs, still lasts for a lot of time.

That's a cool way to advertise!

Nice shot of capturing the mural!

If someone ever did that to a building in Honolulu, the Outdoor Circle would have a cow. There's a "no billboard advertising" law in the 50th State. Even Wyland's 1st Whaling Wall got them ticked.

Heh heh. I was just mulling over what buildings in North Wales would be big enough for this! The tallest thing round here is the castle built in the 1280s. I guess that wouldnt go down to well with CADW.

Impressing, the realization must be difficult §

The painters must have bent brushes

Beautiful one. So sad that they painted it green now.

Do let take a pic and keep us updated if they draw up a new painting. :)

This looks like an older area of NYC. Good thing you got the photo while you could - everything changes so fast in the city!
