The different types of spires in this shot caught my eye. That's the Empire State Building, of course, on the right and Marble Collegiate Church on the left. One of these days I have to visit the top of the Empire State Building.

I know I've never seen these two iconic buildings paired in one photo before - good eye for the match! Ironically, I've never been to the top of the ESB either, might make a good site one day for a gathering of "missbinny" friends!

I am planning a visit to the Bronx in September. Not quite sure what I want to see in the two days I'll be there, but I will be meeting that plein air painter. Maybe I'll go to Little Italy... (I'm checking your photos for ideas.)
