I thought this was an interesting building I saw in Chelsea recently. The windows look right out on the High Line. It's a beautiful spot but maybe not the most private space, with High Line visitors right outside. I thought those were cool terraces on the building next door.

This is an interesting building. Lori, sorry I haven't been by for a while...taking care of an elderly aunt, and also have some health issues...

Very interesting. When I blow it up, I note the balconies next door are actually screening ... to let air in.
That would be a great view, but you're right, no privacy at all ...
It is exciting that during the past decade, NYC is finally getting some new world class architecture again, hot to be on the High L-------------------ine next week.
