I wonder if these are soft shell crabs? They seemed to have a lot of them on a recent trip to Chinatown. I have yet to try one. Have a great weekend and hope it won't be rainy like in New York!

Nice market photo. I was not enthusiastic when years ago, my boss ordered them for us, but must confess it was good, but have never had one again, lol!
