These are some bakers at work inside one of the shops at the Chelsea Market. I love to watch them work. Maybe I should try that job some day.

c'est sympa de voir travailler les boulangers, ca prouve que c'est pas du pain industriel. Apres ce que j'aime c'est l'odeur du pain qui chauffe
Ummm I can smell the hot bread already. Kneading dough is very theraputic.

I love working with dough and flour..as Dave said...very theraputic. I call it my "Kitchen Therapy"
Thery make it look almost as easy as eating the finished goods!
