I happened to walk past the Dell Streak across America event. Not sure what these mannequins had to do with Dell computers. Anyway, I didn't take the chance to decorate a mannequin as some were doing.

Was there at time limit? A long while back, a British car manufacturer had a similar event with white cars and it was fun to do! I think decorating a "blank" person might be more difficult, but fun, too!
Interesting art ... at least they were mannequins ...
