This is a display of flags at the Socrates Sculpture Park in Queens. As you can see, the wind was just starting to kick up that day. I'm afraid I don't know who created the display but it might be on their website. Have a great weekend.

Very strange to see colorless gray flags, but you captured a great image of them contrasted against a beautiful blue sky. Have a fun weekend, Lori!
