I also saw this cricket game on my trip to Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens. I'm afraid I know nothing about the sport but it did look very interesting. The players seemed very intent on their game.

It's like the British Empire version of baseball, but I've read of matches lasting days, instead of a few hours.
Good action shot. I'm not sure anyone, even the players understand the rules at times, for as said above, a match can last for days! Unless one is participating, best viewed from the shaded sidelines with perhaps a cool gin & tonic in hand, lol!
