The statues from Antony Gormley's "Event Horizon" in and around Madison Square Park were capturing a lot of attention on the ground too. I believe it officially opens today. Enjoy your weekend!
A great photograph, Lori! Showing the human facination with a statue of another... human form! I'm less enthused by the artist though, find his work derivative of the innovative Segal a generation before. Gormley uses stylized form and sometimes exagerated placement to gain notice, while Segal simply used white. Have a good weekend; will try to get in and see them, despite the cold, gray forecast.
I love to take pictures and am trying to learn about photography. I hope this blog will inspire me to take more photos of the world around me and become a better photographer. Thanks for visiting!

Interesting exhibit ... funny shot of the trio looking at the statue.
