Museum of the City of New York

This is the front entrance to the Museum of the City of New York at Fifth Avenue and 103rd Street. The museum always has lots of interesting exhibits and a video presentation about the history of the City that is very well done. Right now they have an interesting exhibit on the "greening of New York." I hope you all have a great weekend!

Shame on me, have not been there in years. At one time the "greening of NY" might have referenced the many weathered copper roofs and Miss Liberty and her cohorts. Later "greening" might have reflected on how NYC is and has been "all about the money." Now "greening" has a third meaning!

Have a great weekend! Keep warm!

Interesting Museum! With the great advantage of not being far from the Neue Galerie and its nice Viennese Cafes... ;))
Loved to see your last pictures without the snow...
