After a day of constant rain and drizzle here I'm ready for some cheerful colors. This umbrella was part of an advertisement in Time's Square recently. Can you guess the store? It might be hard to guess without seeing the whole ad.

Hmmm...Target has big ads in Times Square, but this does not look like a Target ad; the floral pattern looks more Japanese than Chinese, but don't think 5th Avenue's Takashimaya would be advertising there. Maybe the Japanese store you visited and photographed in Weehawken that has a shuttle bus to NYC???
I love to take pictures and am trying to learn about photography. I hope this blog will inspire me to take more photos of the world around me and become a better photographer. Thanks for visiting!

Or if not, an ad for the large Asian mall you showed in Flushing which may be reached from the Times Square area on the No. 7 line???
une belle ombrelle dans un beau cadre
No idea which store it is, but the colored umbrella against the black & white is pretty cool ... good catch!
nice pattern and colors :)
Yes, Plainsman you are right. It is a Target ad. Liberty of London for Target to be exact. :)
Nice ad, but I didn't have a clue.
