This is the tunnel that links the west building of the National Gallery of Art in Washginton with the east building. Both buildings are filled with treasures and you could spend hours there.

Cool, especially linking museum buildings. Sad to say when I was at the National Gallery there was only one building and no tunnel -(decades ago)! Does it signify a jump between traditional art in one building and modern art in the other? In that way functioning as a time tunnel or passage between different worlds that the fictional Dr. Who might pass through?
And how great is this photo? It immediately brought me into the subject and captured my imagination. Love the framing and capturing the figure at the distant end!
I love to take pictures and am trying to learn about photography. I hope this blog will inspire me to take more photos of the world around me and become a better photographer. Thanks for visiting!
